I wanted a restaurant on a human scale in order to focus on quality.
The kitchen is open to the room which allows for better friendliness and above all transparency with customers. It also allows me to see all the work that is done before making a dish.
Whether under the plane trees of the pretty square surrounded by ochre and pastel façade or in the room with noble materials and elegant shades of taupe and glossy brown, there reigns here the casual atmosphere of a Provence with casual chic, intimate and warm.
